God’s purposes are often accomplished through our challenges and problems. We are all going to face problems. Today’s teens are surrounded by them. The good news is that with an upward shift of perspective, off of their circumstances and onto God’s purposes, they will be presented with opportunities that they may have never otherwise had.

We should try to be socially acceptable to a degree, friendly, courteous, fair, gentle, pleasant and polite. But we all must learn to stand on our own feet and be independent of others to the extent that we do not let others govern our lives. We should never compromise what is true and right before God to get along or go along with anybody.

Destination Destiny has completed over 1,500 interviews across the country asking teen the top issues they face. Teen’s have identified the top 4 specific challenges they face day-to-day. The most common issue across all geographical areas for Generation Z is dealing with peer pressure:
